          WFE thin film evaporator is an efficient liquid-liquid and liquid-solid separation device that achieves rapid heat transfer and separation by forming a thin film like flow of materials on the heating surface. Its core advantages are as follows:
    1. High heat transfer efficiency and fast evaporation rate
          Thin film flow: The material forms an ultra-thin liquid film of 0.1-2mm on the heating surface, reducing thermal resistance and achieving a heat transfer coefficient of 3-5 times that of traditional evaporators (approximately 800-1500 W/(m 2 · K)).
          Short dwell time: The material stays in the equipment for only a few seconds to tens of seconds, suitable for heat sensitive materials (such as pharmaceuticals and food additives), to avoid high-temperature degradation.
    2. Small evaporation temperature difference and low energy consumption
          Vacuum environment adaptation: It can operate under high vacuum conditions (such as 0.1~10 mbar), reduce the boiling point of materials, and achieve low-temperature evaporation (such as evaporating high boiling point solvents at 50~80 ℃).

          Easy to clean and replace: detachable heating jacket and scraper components, supporting CIP (online cleaning), suitable for high hygiene requirements in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
    5. Multi functional integration, stable product quality
          High separation accuracy: It can achieve solvent recovery (such as ethanol, acetone), removal of low boiling substances (such as water), or concentration and purification (such as natural product extracts), with a fraction purity of over 95%.
          Continuous production: supports continuous feeding and discharging, with a control system that can adjust temperature, vacuum degree, and scraping speed to ensure product consistency.
